Booking terms and policies for guests at Luxoria Jaisalmer.
1. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability upon request. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all adult guests at check-in.
2. Cancellation & Booking Policy
When you book direct on our website or through WhatsApp, free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. No credit card is required in advance to hold a standard reservation.
3. Transfers & Safari Services
Complimentary railway station pickup is offered on request for direct bookings. Airport transfers and Thar desert safari packages at Sam Sand Dunes are arranged through our on-site travel desk.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property, heritage furnishings, and fellow guests with respect. Pets are welcome when notified during reservation.
